For refund requests, please contact us at support@tradingbigshots.com. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 working days.
• Token payments made for the bootcamp are non-refundable, as they secure your seat. However, a full refund of the token amount is possible if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the batch start date.
• A 100% refund is available if you cancel at least 14 days before the batch start date and have not attended any sessions.
• Cancellations made 3-14 days before the batch start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 3-14 days before the batch start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Once the course has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
