This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Trading Bigshots and Ashpreet Singh (“Instructor” or “We”) and You (“Student” or “You”) regarding your enrollment in the online Hedging, Swing, Scalp, Intraday, Options, Algo, and Technical Analysis courses offered by the Instructor. By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Course Description
The Courses are designed to provide educational content on Hedging strategies, Swing trading, Scalping techniques, Intraday trading, Options trading, Algorithmic trading, and Technical analysis. The Courses are strictly for educational purposes and do not constitute financial or investment advice. The Instructor does not guarantee specific results or profits from trading activities.
2. Indemnification
By enrolling in the Courses, you agree to indemnify and hold the Instructor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Any trading losses incurred, whether or not influenced by the Courses.
- Losses resulting from technology-related errors, including but not limited to technical glitches, system failures, Python code malfunctions, or Excel usage issues.
- The non-refundable nature of the Course fee, acknowledging that no refunds will be issued once the Course has commenced.
- The understanding that back tested strategy results presented during the Courses do not guarantee future profits.
While users may withhold certain personal information, many details are required to access and use the platform’s features. Failure to provide such information may limit your ability to utilize the services.
3. No Financial Guarantee
The Instructor makes no warranties or representations regarding the profitability or success of any trading strategies or techniques discussed in the Courses. You acknowledge that trading involves inherent financial risks, and any decisions made based on the Course content are at your own discretion and responsibility.
4. Use of Sample Code
The Instructor may provide sample code for learning purposes only. This code is not an endorsement of any specific trading strategy. You agree to use the sample code solely for educational purposes and acknowledge that the Instructor does not offer investment tips or trading recommendations.
5. Market Risks
You acknowledge that Hedging, Swing trading, Scalping, Intraday trading, Options trading, Algo trading, and Technical analysis are subject to market risks, including volatility and fluctuations. The Instructor is not liable for any financial losses resulting from market conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including text, graphics, videos, and code, are the intellectual property of the Instructor and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share Course materials without the Instructor’s prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
8. Disclosure
The Instructor is SEBI-registered advisor or non SEBI-registered advisor and does not hold a Research Analyst or Investment Advisor license. By enrolling in these Courses, you acknowledge that:
- The Courses are for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice or investment recommendations.
- You are solely responsible for any investment decisions made based on the knowledge gained from the Courses.
